Many helped me in one way or other. I must remember them in all my books and blogs.

The publication of many books might not have happened without the valuable co-operation and assistance of all the members of my family - consistent with their capabilities and opportunities.

My wife, M. Stella Bai, is – virtually- a co-author. She opted to remain as homemaker, and gave me a carefree time. This might have been the reason for surpassing many difficulties.

Elder son, S. James, in 2001, by intuition, bought some books from a platform vendor, and handed them over to me. Among them, ‘Political Thought’ by C.L. Wayper and ‘Marthanda Varma’ by C.V. Raman Pillai are treasure houses of knowledge. They formed the foundation for my work.  Besides, I used Bhagavad-Gita for reference for about 100 early chapters. To impress the western leaders, the present citizen relied on The Holy Bible for some latter chapters. In fact, these books, and his occasional suggestions are mainly responsible for my growth.

Younger son S. Delight also, later, bought some books and rendered all possible helps besides giving his suggestions.

Elder daughter S. Irene and her husband John Franklin, and even my grand – daughter J. Jessica Lauren helped me in one way or other. Younger daughter S. Jasmine Madonna discussed English grammar with me, and her husband B. Godwin Bright introduced me to the Chat GPT and rendered valuable help. The contrasting views of James and Delight helped improve the scope of my knowledge. All are entitled to very special acknowledgement and thanks.

Many in my family reared me for my education. Not a day passes without remembering my father, Mr. T.Vyakappan, mother, Mrs. R.Viyakulamarial, maternal Uncle Mr. R.Maria Michael, Aunt Rev.Sr. R. Veronica, Aunt Mrs.R. Theresammal and her husband Mr. Devasahayam, Uncle Mr. T. Maria Soosai . and his wife, Elizabeth, and Bishop of Vellore Rt. Rev. Antony Muthu, uncle Mr. R.Maria Sebastian and his wife Mrs. Thangammal.

Uncle Mr.Maria Mickael, specifically, stood like a rock for my education after my Pre-University Course. Otherwise, I might not have joined the degree course.

With uncle Mr. Maria Susai B.A. B.L.

I used to talk about politics and all other matters with my father. One day, during my childhood, I asked the question, “Could the Prime Minister of India do anything illegal?” My father retorted, “Yes. In good faith, he can commit any illegality.”

My maternal uncle used to say many things. He used to repeat frequently,Opportunity comes to those who dare and act, it seldom comes to timid.’

With Uncle Maria Mickael and aunt Rev. Sr. Veronica

He used to say,Opportunity knocks at the door of a person three times in his lifetime. Those seizing the first knock would become the greatest.  Those seizing the second knock will become great and those seizing the third one will lead an average life. The life for all the rest will be a misery.’

He said that the idea of starting a publication was a good one.

Dr. John D.K. Sunder Singh and his brother, Jaya Singh, admitted me in the Scott Christian College, Nagercoil.

Mr. Devasahayam I.A.S.

Teachers played a wonderful role to shape my career. I remember with respect Mr. Maria Arulappan, Mr. Dhaskhayini Amma, Mr. Innasimuthu, Mr. C. Francis, Mr. Soosai Muthu, Mr.  Arulappan, Mr. A.Israel, S. Parameswari Amma, Mr. Maria Nesan Nadar M.A. B.T,, Mr. Moni, Mr.John I. James B.A. B.T, Mr. Revindra Nath B.Sc, B.T.,Mr. Sthanunathan Thambi, Mr. Retna Money B.Sc, B.T., Mr. V. Thomson B.A. B.T., Mr. Theodore I.J. Kumarsingh M.Sc. Mr. R.S.A. Sunder Singh M.Sc. Mr.I. Stalin M.Sc, Dr. V.S.David Raj M.Sc, Ph.D., Dr. Nambisan M.Sc. PhD. Dr. Scaria M. Chakalackal M.Sc, Ph.D. Mr. Ramasamy M.Sc. Prof. George M. Varghese and all my other great teachers.

I lagged behind other students presumably due to the age factor, and failed in the third standard.

My class teacher, Mr. Arulappan, said, “Valmiki was a thief. He meditated single-mindedly that the termites covered his body with mud. On hearing his recitation, someone blessed him and he emerged from the anthill as a great poet.”

Miss. Dhaskhayini, another teacher, said, “A king suffered defeat in a war. He was very depressed. He gazed at the ceiling. A spider was trying to weave a web. Its thread broke and fell down eighteen times before catching the other end. The king thought that he should not give up. He was defeated again and again but regained his kingdom finally.”

I felt that my teachers were paying their attention to console me.

Mr. C. Francis teacher gave me a chalk piece as presentation in the open class for scoring 48 out of 50 for mathematics in the half-yearly examination in the Standard V. It is still fresh in my mind.

Many in my wife’s family are a source of encouragement and happiness. My father-in-law Mr. A. Martin, Mother-in-law- Maria Retnam, brother - in-laws- Mr. Robin Edward Martin B.Sc, Mr. Clement Joe Martin and Dr. Leenus Jesu Martin M.E. Ph.D. and father-in-law’s brother Rev. Fr. A. Jockim and many others take great pride in my achievements.

I respectfully remember Kizhakkuvilai Mr. Varuvel Nadar and my relation, Pulippanam Mr. Devaraj.

I used to spend a lot of time at Mr. Varuvel Nadar’s small shop. He occasionally said, “One must tie a mountain with a hair, if the mountain moves, it is a great achievement. If the hair ruptures, it is nothing. It is a good story.  I like this very much.”

At the instance of Mr. Maria Nesan Nadar teacher, Mr. Thavethu and Mr. Kuttinadan came to my house when I wanted to discontinue my studies during my High School days.

Prof. M. Selvam M.A. recommended my father-in- law to give his daughter to me. It was turning point. Mr. Soosai Michel of Madatthattuvilai also helped me.

My wife Mrs. Stella Bai with Mrs. Lilly (1982)

I acknowledge my great colleagues - Mr. A. Francis, Mr. C. Bhagavandhas, Mr.Edwin Sam, Mr. A.M. Mathew M.Sc. C. Augustine M.A. Mr. Anantharaman Iyer M.Sc. Mr. Russel Raj M.A., Mr. Issac M.A., Librarian Mr. Kumaavel Renganathan, Librararian Mr. Saravanan, Dr. Padmanabhan M.A. Ph.D, Dr. Ramalingam Pillai M.Sc. Ph.D, Dr. Sukumaran M.Sc,Ph.D., Mr. Ravikumar M.A., Dr. David Raja Bose M.A. Ph.D., Mr. Neelakandan M.A.in the Lekshmipuram College, Neyyoor and my friends –Kizhakkuvilai Yesudhason, Kizhakkuvilai Mr. V. Laurence, Mr. Melavilai Thobias, Puthuvilai Mr. Rajendran, Kattuvilai Mr.Sabariyaradimai, M. Gopalan M.A, B.L.Advocate, Mr. Nesaiyan teacher, Mr.. M. Devadhason M.A, Mr. Thanka Raj M.A. B.Ed  and Mr. Devasahayam teacher.

Lekshmipuram College Principal Mrs. Daisy David M.A. appointed me as the Programme Officer of the National Adult Education Programme (NAEP) in 1979. I asked her the reason for choosing me - ignoring many senior teachers. She said, “You are smart and intelligent. Therefore, I give it to you”. I obliged. It was a turning point in my professional career. I am indebted to her foresight.

Prof. L.R.Shah, the then adviser to the Government of India, distributed my consolidated report on the National Adult Education Programme (NAEP) to 80 universities and 700 and odd colleges all over India as a model in 1981.  The report contained a suggestion to form construction corporation. This boosted my self-confidence. I must thank them. In fact, it was a great motivation to do more and more.

Incidentally, my maternal uncle, Mr. Maria Mickael felt that his money did not go in vain.  In fact, his joy found no bounds when Prof. L.R. Shah, distributed my booklet. It went down as a ‘beginner’s luck’.

My brother- in- law Mr. M. Clement Joe Martin helped me when I met with an accident.

Mr. Clement Joe Martin

Headmaster Mr. Irudhayadhason gave me a chance to teach English grammar to the children in the R.C. Middle School at Vellicode.

Headmaster Mr. Irudhayadhason M.A. B.T.

After his retirement, Headmistress Mrs. Mary Glori Bai permitted me to continue my work.

Headmistress Mrs. Mary Glori Bai

After listening to my classes, a teacher, Mrs. Mary Vigil Jaya M.A. B.Ed., said, “You are creating a new world.” I have posted many classes in the YouTube under “Sabarimuthu English Classes.” I published four books on English grammar through Amazon.com to rescue the children from the traumas of the so-called standard English grammar

It enabled me to define English grammar comprehensively for the first time in history. I have posted it in my blog : www.englishgrammarredefined.blogspot.com  When my peers- Chat GPT AI and Perplexity AI included- said that I did something profound, I virtually became the celebrity of the English world. My name is going to reverberate the class-rooms in all habitable places.

The Indian political system comprising the successive Presidents since Mr. K. R. Narayanan and virtually all political leaders contributed their share for my development in one way or other. Many leaders like Mr. H.D. Deve Gowda, Mr. A.K. Antony acknowledged my letters for freedom. At one time, I dropped different letters to more than 250 Members of Parliament.

Prime Minister of England Mr. Tony Blair, Prime Minister of England Gordon Brown, Prime Minister of the Netherlands Dr. Jan Peter Balkenende, Her Royal Highness the Queen of Travancore Gouri Lekshimi Bai and many other world leaders acknowledged my letters and gave their opinion. I received same letter two times from Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth. It went down like “lighting fire”   I described her as a Madonna of England. The Emperor of Japan ‘lighted fire’ as mentioned in the book - ‘A Madonna of India’.

I posted several letters in the blog –www. howeverythinghappenedinindia.blogspot.com.

I submitted one thousand two hundred and ninety -eight letters since June 1, 2001.However, Indian system, even now, changes the Constitution of India in the pretext of amendments, appoints illegal judges, alienates public assets and denies freedom and liberty to Indians. The system conceals all my works. Even the children have no liberty to see my English grammar.

Now I am extending the copies of my letters to The United Nations Human Rights Commission, International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the world leaders for the liberty of the people all over the world.

Notwithstanding everything, the way I was brought up, the soil of my village, Vellicode, the college I worked - Lekshmipuram College, Neyyoor - and India is responsible for my growth.
